Grade 24 grit vs 60, What’s the difference?

A 24 grit wheel is built with coarser (bigger) abrasive grains than the 60 grit wheel. The 24 grit Zip™ wheel will be more aggressive, removing material faster, therefore cutting quicker through the work material.  The 60 grit Zip™ wheel  will  provide a slower but more delicate & controlled cut.
